K-2 believes in the importance of giving back to the community. We do this through initiatives that provide opportunities to those in need of a helping hand.
The Miracle League program provides an opportunity for children with physical and/or developmental challenges to play baseball and be part of a team. The Miracle League makes dreams come true.

The Kacer family faced the devastating loss of beloved wife, mother and grandmother (lovingly referred to as "Grammi") Debra Schubert Kacer in February 2021. Debbie was a retired CPA who left her career to raise her family. Debbie loved making home-cooked meals and creating memories with her family. During Kevin and Brandon's baseball years, she could always be found in the bleachers with a scorebook in hand cheering on her team. She was the "ultimate baseball mom" and was loved by all of the players. Debbie and Mark lived in Palmetto Bay in a "cul-de-sac" of close friends. Together they lived a life full of joy and memories with their children and friends that are like family.
Her warm smile and generous nature will be forever missed by all that knew her.
